i agree with most of these posts - the "come here" motion with a finger is spectacular for a lot of women because it often directly stimulates the G-spot. You're looking...err, feeling...for a spot a little less than an inch across and less than that deep. It feels like it is ribbed horizontally.
Another good spot I've found it a very small nub down and toward the back of the vagina. It seems to elicit some very good responses.
In addition to methods for inside the vagina, there are two important areas to cover outside of the vagina. One, of course, is the clitoris. It is a nub hooded at the upper intersection of the two labia (or "pussy lips," as they're commonly called). Be sure to stimulate this, but be careful, as it can be very sensitive (but that depends on the girl - my girlfriend can enjoy a roughed-up clit). I suggest lightly pulling back the hood with your fingers and, at first, delicately tonguing the revealed pink nodule. Do circles around it and otherwise play with it with increasing pressure to get a feel for what she likes.
Besides the clit, the labia are very sensitive and erotic. The large outer "lips" are the easiest to see, manipulate, and...suck on. So give those a shot, and see what she thinks.
However, the best method (as HFrankenstein pointed out) is to try different things, use what you see works, and then take it from her to make her want more.
