The copy (or move/cut) command under Explorer in XP has few options. If a folder exists it only gives the option to not copy the folder not the individual files in it. So to copy I sometimes have to use TakeCommand. This gets a little awkward if I don't want to copy all folders, etc.

Does Windows 7 have better fine tuning of copy/cut/move?
