I've always had this problem too and for the life of me I can't figure out how to fix it. I only really drink caffeine early in the day, I exercise, often put in 10 + hours of work per day, I rarely sit around doing nothing and yet I'll go to bed and toss and turn for hours often waking up feeling like I haven't slept at all. Its very annoying especially when you need to be on your toes the next day, I'll keep an eye on this thread as the above advice sounds helpful.
Really being sleep deprived is the worst.
