I have also had an infatuation with pregnant women, though I've never been with one. I'm not sure if I'd go so far as to call it a fetish of mine, but I do find them beautiful, and I've wondered for a long time what attracted me to them specifically. My best idea thus far has been that unconsciously, it might be related to the fertility aspect.
