(OK, I'm sure I'm the only one to get that reference. But it amuses me.
There's this one-man musical, "Miss Gulch Returns". It's about Miss Gulch, who is the woman in the beginning of
The Wizard of Oz who steals Dorothy's dog. The opening number has the performer imagining meeting Miss Gulch in a bar, and trying to make a move on her. Thus, "Nice hat. Goes with the wicker basket".
