Awesome suggestions guys! Matt has mentioned Hong Kong to be a lot like Houston in the wrong time of year. When it comes to the trip, we made it through Japan just fine so I don't think an extra couple hours would be too daunting. Prague sounds amazing. Honestly I would love to take a month to see Europe, I'm going to look into it.
