I know you said not landlocked, but I figured that maybe, just maybe, the great lakes could count as "open water". I meant THE Great Lakes.Superior, Michigan, Huron, Erie and Ontario.
However... NJ New Joisy (so I hear it being spoken) is the area, huh...
