It affects your sex life not at all physically, big time emotionally/intellectually (no worries!). It's quick, almost painless, and you're back in action pretty quickly (use condoms until the post-op test says it's ok). And don't worry if the surgeon says "Ooops! Damn it!" It means nothing... at least that's what he keeps telling me.
