As you can see from the list so far, it will likely be made up mostly of epic or high fantasy, but some of the titles might also have elements of low-magic, history/alternate history, myth, dark fantasy, etc. However, most of what I'll cover will be relatively mainstream and considered, more or less, fantasy.

I hear you, but the same can be said for a lot of fantasy, and I'm not about to rule things out because they're not written for an adult market. I'm guessing that there are many stories for children that worth reading. I'm still on the fence on whether I want to read the Chronicles of Narnia. The other thing is that these books will be quick reads. I'm not sure one can adequately enjoy the genre without reading a few "children's stories."
