It's been going ok. The first week I wasn't hungry at all. But now I'm hungry again but it's not the end of the world. It's way more manageable now. I really think it's helping with how I react to my appetite (though it's still there).
I can't tell if it's helping with the depression though. I guess I need to give it a little more time.
