I'm supposing this thread could always use new blood to add to the fun.
I have found due to lifestyle changes and everything, I went from a comfortable 165 for almost 12 years to 200lbs in the last three years. I have recently been running into health issues, and my doctor suggested that lack of excersize and bad diet could be part of the cause. So I got a membership to the local gym and have been swimming every day, I now walk instead of driving and will be starting a weight training regimen soon, although I want to see what I can lose before I put it back in muscle.
