The DIY Video Game Arsenal Thread
This could go in the gaming section, but seeing that I only post halfway intelligent content in Tilted Weaponry, I'll drop it here.
I grew up playing Wolfenstein, Blake Stone, Rise of the Triad and Doom... so I'm used to thinking of the number keys on my keyboard as my private arsenal. I'm not really into video games anymore (occasionally I'll find myself in front of a PC game), but I do have fond memories of pressing 4 and mowing down Imps with my rotary-barrel "chain gun." Nothing was more satisfying than using the super boomstick on a snarling pink demon.
The purpose of this thread is to make up a list of guns that you'd like to have in a shooting game. For the sake of the thread, stick to weapons that exist in the real world. The BFG-9000, M41A, and the Phased Plasma Rifle in 40 Watt Range don't actually exist, guys. Trust me... I searched Gunbroker.
