Love me some ossobuco when the sauce is seasoned to perfection and the veal is cooked just right.... mmmmmmm. Squeeeb posted his ossobuco recipe here, I'll always wanted to do that one.

Yes, YES, and yes. OCM hit it right on the head.
I also like veal shanks, flank (skirt) steak cooked correctly, bacon, pork, Bison, and deer (I could eat venison year round).
