Meat eating has gotten a bad rap in recent years. It’s blamed for everything from animal cruelty to global warming to swine flu and cancer. But Jill Eisen argues it’s not meat that’s the problem - it’s the way we raise it. Most of our meat comes from mega-farms housing thousands of animals.
