I'm a night owl and prefer to spend my evenings awake. Unfortunately work has to be done in the morning so I have to go to bed early. Do I ever get to bed early? Hell NO! Do I try? Yes.
Whenever I have problems falling asleep I start reading and that always makes my eyes really tired and I can zap out rather quickly. Warm milk and cocoa also are good ways for me to fall asleep. It's not always a good thing to have caffeine before bed so stay away from that, get plenty of exercise during the day and good things to eat.
