Thanks for bringing this back up. I actually found out who the author was, as well as the model, within the same week of asking about it, (thanks to kramus) but I guess I still forgot to re-edit my post to properly show the identity of the photographer (+ his model).

The funny thing is though, the title of the photo was originally 'naomionmyface' when I saved it way back when, but I didn't think much of it at the time.

Thanks again for properly giving the photo its rightful context and credit. It is always worth another good look, even after all this time.
