When I crave red meat,
I want it raw.
It's much easier to digest, and satisfies my inner carnivore.
It's important for me then, to know where and how it's being processed.
Local organic buffalo/beef farms etc.
When I used to deer hunt, I was well supplied.
I have these cravings about once a month,
especially when the moon is full.
