lately I have a taste for passion fruit water ice ...the only one I can find is Rita's. Just the right combo of tangy fruitiness and light sweetness, with smoothly fine ice texture.
On the local seashore boardwalks they sell shaved ice which is about as smooth of an ice consistency as I've ever tasted, and they sell a "tiger's blood" flavor which is a combination of strawberry, lemon, ...not sure what else but I really like it.
