The good thing about money is that you can use it so that you aren't a burden on others. Money isn't inherently bad. What do you value otherwise? What are the best reasons for doing things?

I see art and the experience of art as a shared experience. In a very general sense, I see the creation of art as the artist making a statement about humanity. This means that there has been a claim made or question posed about something that doesn't belong solely to the artist; it belongs to everyone and no one.
