Mating with one's own family has little to no effect on the health of the baby once you get past two rungs of separation from familial ties. In essence, that means ... well, I'm not going to explain exactly how that would work, but just know that if you somehow meet a relative of yours (attractive, too!) in Singapore due to one of your grandparents' visit over there long ago, then there will be little to worry about if you should decide to consumate this fateful meeting.
