Heh, I don't think anyone will have to worry about that, this movie will probably only get a very limited release.
It'll be interesting to see this in a theatre. I've only seen Noé's movies on the small screen, and even then some of the cinematic effects he employs can get difficult. Try watching the above credits on full screen without looking away even once (but seriously, don't if you've ever had an epileptic seizure

I've read about people seeing Irréversible in the theatre and getting nauseous, not strictly because of the content, but also because of the spinning camera angles and low frequency drone of the score. Noé set out to make that movie physically unsettling to heighten the natural physical revulsion one feels toward the events, almost in an
A Clockwork Orange sense (the plot, not the movie). I've seen some indications that he sought to take that idea even further with this movie.
