Plateauing this week, but keeping it rolling. I'm at 312/313 pounds for the last 8 days. In response I've upped calories to 1500-1600 daily and will continue that for another 4-5 days, then back down to 1200-1300. I'm now walking as fast as I can for 40-45 minutes daily. At my size it's a pretty good workout.
