I've seen this discussed on Fox News for the last few days now, and all I can say is that it's a sign of where our society is going thanks for horrible parenting. Morons giving birth to morons is going to destroy us all.
That said, if anyone ever did such a thing to me, I'd tear their fucking eyes out.
