This is classic psychopathic behavior. The same mindset that people who hurt others have. They are not bothered by the burning of the penis off the mans loins, what bothers them is the entire drama caused by the "harmless exercise in lunacy": mainly because they lost the house. Isn't it how serial killers retell their tales? "Before I strangled that bitch she bit me really hard on my arm, my arm hurt for a long time, I had to get stitches." i.e. They dwell on a derailed and far away point which is important to them but takes away of the issue.
