Point one:
The Ladies Lounge is for females, who represent less than 1% of the TFP.
They need a place where they won't be overwhelmed by the testosterone.
Deal with it.

Point two:
My beef with women can be applied to EITHER sex.
* Back up your bullshit.
* Mean what you say.
* Don't just throw out words, and then do something else.
Well, I'm not attracted to men, I'm attracted to women
I have a certain detachment from men, with women there is always that edge.
So I have to deal with their words & actions on a different level than I would with men.
But the principle applies to BOTH sexes.
