To revisit it, the last image you posted was also photographed "semi-professionally", meaning the original artist
should be (but most often, isn't) at least mentioned as creator of the work displayed, or else be deemed as in violation of copyright (which for the most part, is the hardest and most run-about law to enforce online continously, unless you are a very well-known photographer).
