are you at Barthell Coal Mining Camp? ...and how did you know about my Batman underwear!?
Dating back to 1902, Barthell Coal Mining Camp was the first coal camp established in the region by the Stearns Coal and Lumber Company. After being abandoned as an operational coal mining camp, it was purchased by the Koger family who restored the camp to the look and feel it held in the early 1900s period. Today, visitors can tour into the mine, eat in the Coal Miner's diner, or even rent one of the miner's cabins.
