I hate to be that guy, but I've never heard that to be the conclusion of any survey EVER done. I've seen some that were like there is really no difference, and some that have average differences by race, but they are still within half an inch of all the others. |
I think about it objectively. When it comes to averages, there's more blacks than there are Caucasians (in the world, not just the US). And if the myth holds true for orientals, then there's more black bigger dicks than there are whites ...
