From what I understand, Hanover is a pretty nice place. Granted, I don't know much about it, and what I do know is based off of conversations with a Dartmouth professor I know. Still,

Anyway, it's nice that Newark went a month without a murder, though I agree it's still not exactly the best PR. I'm not sure if it's possible for New Jersey to get good PR though.
