Sounds are not spectacular, you may want to bump up the quality, it starts on medium by default. I think it's only in changed in your config file BTW.
Last night, on one server I was playing, I saw over 30 PB Bans for aimbot in a matter of hours. I don't know if the server was goofing up or hacking is way more common than I thought.
