They are doing something right. I guess if you took all of the college spring breakers, took the money/hotels/tours out of it, put all of the partiers in one place, and added a lot of techno music, you could get something like this.
I keep meaning to create a thread with all the music festivals around the world.... maybe I'll do that now.
