If there's one thing the health care reform proposal
won't be like, it's military health care. Even at the most liberal points of the debate, the focus has been on creating a system more like Canada's, not one more like Britain's. After a year of this I really shouldn't have to explain the difference, but I will (very generally) anyway: In Britain, the government
provides the health care. In Canada, the government
pays for the health care.
