You get one point per shade a tile is off, if you had two switched, you'd get a 2. If you moved one over two spaces, you'd have three tiles off by one space each, giving you a score of 3. 7 is a pretty good score, on a photography forum I got this from only two people scored better than me, and most were in the 15-20 range, except for a few people who are colorblind and didn't even try. Keep in mind that unless you have a properly calibrated monitor, you may not be seeing colors reproduced accurately. I took this on my work PC with a monitor that displays 92% of the 32 bit color gamut, and the second row was a lot harder than the others because that's the range in which it's not perfectly accurate.
