On both of my kitties, it would cover up the vaj. I would seriously consider it for one kitty if I thought she would put up with such a thing, mostly because she spends an incredible amount of time chewing on her butt/vaj. In fact...she may become a cone kitty this weekend
because her back legs are going bald from too much grooming.
