im the same as WK.
even if i sleep at 2 or 3am im up by 7am.
on weekend if i treat myself its 8am, but usually im up earlier on weekends than i am during the week because ive got so much to do outside of work.
i find that if i sleep more than 8 hours i wake up with a back ache, so no more than 8hours at a time for me, max.
