I would be seriously surprised if they didn't carry witch hazel. It's a pretty old-fashioned remedy. You can either find it among the hydrogen peroxide/rubbing alcohol or with the acne solutions amongst the toners. Regardless of what it is, the witch hazel is what is likely to help most with the swelling, even if it is a spider bite/bug bite.
And if you ever get a sunburn, it makes a great sunburn treatment!
