I completely understand work-related concerns.
But, if someone is surfing around on the internet looking at porn, they are hardly in a position to express shock, horror or worse, moral advantage, when they happen to see a picture of *gasp* someone they actually know in a nude picture. If the fear is simply the embarrassment or humiliation of being seen, then yeah, a person might want to think twice about posing for the pictures in the first place. There is always a chance that they will be seen by other people.
