Or worse, a former partner emailing said pictures to places that said pictures would be completely unacceptable.
Sure, the odds of it are tiny... but should it happen it could cause a lot of life problems at work or at home.
If you want to post anon pictures of yourself (face / tattoos blurred), that's probably the best compromise.
