I'm the same, up at 5am so anything past that on the weekends is good, I've been waking up around 8-9ish lately and just laying there if possible till 10 but I also feel as if I'm wasting my day.
I get more than 6 or 7 hours sleep I actually feel like crap, the less sleep for me the better....not sure how that works.
