I've started to listen to these, in addition to PodCastle, which is the fantasy short story one. I'm enjoying them all so far.

I also started to listen to Writing Excuses by Brandon Sanderson, Howard Tayler, and Dan Wells. It's a podcast both highly entertaining and informative, as they cover many aspects of fiction writing on the backdrop of sci-fi, fantasy, and horror. Despite the genre slant, though, there are many generally great writing tips. They really seem to know their stuff, and are hilarious in that lovable geeky sort of way.
