I don't think any ex has ruined any music for me. I tend to go in spurts with music and listen heavily to different genres for a bit then switch it up to keep it fresh. Music is too good to me to let anyone abuse it and ruin it for me. Doesn't mean there isn't emotional attachment to some of it, but that's not a bad thing either. Music is supposed to invoke emotion.
