I've heard some underwriting announcements that definitely cross over the line into being commercials. And the Not for Profits can have every bit as much of an agenda as the corporates.

I can listen to OPB Radio wherever I am here; the one exception seems to be at the top of Tombstone Pass in the Cascades. It's the same in Kansas. They do cover the whole state, but you can be listening in Kansas City and catch a weather forecast, not realizing that the forecast is for Liberal, about 400 miles away.
