I have no idea if the prices are in line. I'd think this was ok as a fun one off. As a regular thing...it seems really odd to me.
If you're with someone you love, the last thing you want to feel is that you are required to pay them to get them to do what pleases you. I would say something is off in a relationship where one partner thinks the things they do for the other partner are payable favours...
