I'd say it's safe, but sounds like something I will never let anyone do to me. Nothing about it turns me on in any way, in fact it does the opposite. No amount of wanting a boyfriend to be happy and turned on would get me to do that. Say no if you don't want to do it. If your only concern is safety, I don't think it will cause any damage or harm.
