I'd think an "anti-energy" would deplete one of energy, but I suppose putting one into "supposed" state of relaxation through beverage consumption is seen as 'same-difference'.

As long as this new soft drink is cheaper than the alternatives (wine, Snapple, and NyQuil), I have no qualms with them trying to create a new market where there was previously really no need for it.
