does she know about it? (i.e. have you brought it up?) if you haven't she might already know what it is but probably isn't going to tell you all the weird anomalies of her vagina unsolicited. if you have brought it up and she doesn't know what it is, and she gives a damn (which she should, it's still hers whether you move on or not) then she should ask her doctor. then you'll know for sure.
