Of course I don't think it's a good idea, but the cat is out of the bag: they're already politicized at the supreme court level. We're not talking about traffic court here.

And even if I was being politically partisan, that wouldn't invalidate any of the claims I've made (though it does seem to provide a convenient means for you to ignore them). Aren't you a lawyer?
