OK, Rabastid has me do this funny little dance.
Stand on one foot and lean over sideways so your ear with the water in it is facing the floor. Kick your not-on-the-floor foot and punch with the opposite arm at the same time.
I swear to god it works, and if it doesn't, it's still very amusing for whomever's watching.
