Indeed, its nice stacking 1-3 stats. My problem is I jump around a ton between heroes though. So I can't really plan for which runes to get. Now that I'm 30, and I think I'm done unlocking after I get teemo, I'm going to start thinking more strategically about rune pages...not sure which direction I'll go.

So how are the unique/utility quintessences? The less time spent dead ones actually seem a bit intriguing. With that plus mastery that's 25% off death time. I know a good team isn't supposed to die...but imagine a team based around that, + revive. You'd never be able to knock em out it seems like. Sooo many times when we're pushing we get the tower or inhib just as they're respawning. If they had respanwed even 10 seconds earlier they'd have had a chance to save it.
