I too had a stash of porn when I was younger, and I certainly never told my parents. They probably knew, but we never discussed it. I hid it in my drawer, with loads of other stuff. A metal box with a lock would also work. If she ever opens it, and asks you about the contents, she will have a lot of explaining to do...
IMO there are two issues here:
1) You are a sexual person, and want to explore your sexuality. That's perfectly normal. Your mother should accept that.
2) Your mother doesn't seem to respect your privacy. Perhaps a lock on your bedroom door (or even talking about that) will make her understand.
